Contract triceps to straighten arms

Keep elbows & shoulders in one place

Contract triceps at top

 

Laying Extensions (Skull Crushers)

Keep elbows in

Don't move shoulder joint

Just miss forehead

 

Close Grip Bench

Keep elbows by ribs

Keep back down

Keep wrists straight
