TRICEP EXERCISES

Concentrate on using your triceps only.

For most, shoulder joint does NOT move.

 

Bench Dips

Keep elbows facing rearward

Keep back flat

Brush fingertips with back

 

Dips

Keep elbows facing rearward

Keep core straight

Don't let shoulders go below elbows

 

Close Handed Pushup

Shift body forward when lowering (notice toes)

Keep elbows by rib cage

Keep body perfectly straight

 

Band- Overhead Extension

Keep core tight

Keep elbows by ears

Don't move shoulders

 

Dumbbell Overhead Extension

Keep back straight

Keep elbows by ears

 

Machine Extension

Keep shoulders down

Keep elbows on pad

Don't arch your back

 

Dip Machine

Keep back against pad

Keep traps down

Keep elbows by ribs

 

Dumbbell Kickbacks

Keep shoulder & elbow stationary

Keep back flat

Contract & hold at top

 

Band- One Arm Kickback

Keep elbow & shoulder stationary

Palm faces upward

Keep back flat

 

Band- Kickbacks

Keep body tight

Keep elbows & shoulders stationary

Palms face upward
