Palms face chest at start and rotate out as you lift

Keep back flat, traps down

 

Smithrack Overhead Press

Keep back against pad

Keep traps down

Push through heel of hands

 

Military Press

Don't arch your back

Push through heels of hands

Lower to chin level

 

Band - One Arm Overhead Press

Keep body square

Lower to chin

Raise to almost straight

 

Dumbbell Reverse Flye

Keep back flat, knees soft

Use rear delts without using traps

Lead with elbows, not hands

 

Band - Reverse Flye

Keep back flat, knees soft

Back and arms form a "T"

 

Lower Cable Reverse Flye

Keep back flat

Keep elbow slightly bent

Don't twist your torso

 

Cable Reverse Flye

Keep elbow shoulder height

Contract rear delt during movement

Keep body square

 

Seated Dumbbell Reverse Flye

Keep chest on thighs

Keep back flat, traps down

Keep elbows higher than hands

 

Laying Reverse Flye

Keep back flat, traps down, neck straight

Keep elbows higher than hands

 

Shrugs

Keep back straight

Keep arms straight

Bring shoulders to ears
