Keep elbows locked by ribs

Keep shoulders down

Keep core tight

 

Single Arm Cable Curl

Keep elbow locked by ribs

Don't "swing" body to move weight

Squeeze biceps at peak

 

Medicine Ball Curl

Keep elbows in front of ribs

Squeeze hands together

Don't swing upper body
