Pull bar toward your breast bone, not down

Lean back slightly

 

Hammer Strength Pulldown

Keep shoulders down

Squeeze shoulder blades together

Use loose grip

 

Close Grip Pulldown

Keep elbows in

Squeeze shoulder blades together

Lean back slightly

 

Reverse Grip Pulldown

Squeeze back to lower weight

Don't "use" arms

Keep traps down

 

Straight Arm Pushdowns

Keep body rigid

Squeeze back to lower arms

"Stick" chest out at bottom

 

 

Band - Straight Arm Pushdown

Keep arms straight

Keep traps down

"stick" chest out

 

Pullover Machine

Keep traps down

Push with elbows using back

 

Pull Up

Use back to pull up, not arms

Squeeze shoulder blades together
