Anyone is welcome to email me (teresa_ffs@yahoo.com), if you want help setting up a routine.  Unfortunately there is no one routine that can accommodate every level, but if you let me know what you are capable of doing now, I will help you design a program week to week.

"Running is not natural for most people and I am one of those people.  When I started running, I could barely make 1/4 mile without walking.  I had to "learn" to run.  I took advice from anyone willing to teach me and I read from every source I could find.  I tried everything...some things worked and some didn't.  To date, I have run over 100 races, including 2 marathons and a few triathlons, so if I can "learn", so can YOU!!"....Teresa.
