I've been an active member of the Finnish Line Fitness Center in Hudson, NY since it's inception in 1986.  Through using my own experiences coupled with years of research and training, I can create a fitness program custom tailored just for you.  I can guide and supervise your fitness routine while keeping it enjoyable and fun.
